Jake Kriticos

Jake is a Senior Associate assisting Matthew Selley. Prior to joining the firm in August 2025, he worked in London, UK for three years for the Competition and Markets Authority and then a leading law firm in commercial and competition law litigation. Before moving to London, Jake worked as the solicitor assisting the Solicitor-General for South Australia, as a solicitor within the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and as an Associate to the Honourable Justice Doyle in the Supreme Court of South Australia. Jake has worked on a wide range of complex commercial, competition, criminal, and public law matters.

Jake graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) in 2018 and was the recipient of the University Medal. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Adelaide obtained in 2017, and a Master of Laws with Distinction from the London School of Economics and Political Science obtained in 2020. Jake was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia in 2018.
